Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

AcqVerity Technologies LLC ("AcqVerity," "we," "us") is a Virginia limited liability company. This policy explains how we handle information collected through acqverity.com and its forms (the "Site").

This policy does not cover any AcqVerity software product. Product access, if offered to you, comes with its own written terms.

AcqVerity is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) or any government agency.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our forms or contact us, we collect what you provide. This may include:

  • Your name, business email, company and role or title
  • Whether you hold a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract and what kind of business you run
  • Your answers to the Health Check and the challenges or goals you describe
  • Information you share in emails or in a conversation with us

Information collected automatically. Our website host records basic technical data, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring site. We use it to run and secure the Site. We do not use advertising cookies.

Embedded video. The Site includes a video hosted by YouTube, a Google service. Google may set cookies or collect data when the video loads or plays, under Google's own privacy policy.

Please do not send us sensitive information. Do not submit contract documents, pricing files, proprietary information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or sensitive personal information through the Site or by email.

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and requests
  • Review early access applications, including fit with our current capabilities and potential conflicts of interest
  • Provide Health Check results
  • Send updates and invitations you asked for, including invitations to research conversations
  • Improve the Site and plan our products
  • Operate, secure and protect the Site
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our terms

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with others for their advertising. We do not use information submitted through the Site to train artificial intelligence models.

4. How we share information

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers who help us run the business, under their own confidentiality and security terms: Framer (website hosting), Google Workspace (email and storage of form submissions), Cloudflare (domain and network services) and YouTube (video)
  • Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users or others
  • Business transfers, such as a merger, sale or reorganization, subject to this policy
  • With your consent

5. Email

If you apply for early access or join a waitlist, we may email you about your application, early access and research invitations. You can opt out at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails.

6. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. If an inquiry or application does not lead to a continuing relationship, we delete it within 24 months of our last contact. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email legal@acqverity.com. We will respond within 30 days and may need to verify your identity first.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No website or email system is completely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive information.

9. Children

The Site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Do Not Track

The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. We do not allow third parties to track you across other websites for advertising.

11. Where information is processed

We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in the United States or other countries.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. If we make a material change, we will also note it on the Site.
