Terms of Use
Effective date: October 13, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of acqverity.com and its forms (the "Site"), operated by AcqVerity Technologies LLC ("AcqVerity," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Continued use after that means you accept the update.
2. Information only, not advice
The Site, including the Health Check, provides general information and orientation. It is not legal, contracting, accounting or other professional advice. Using the Site does not create an attorney-client, consulting or advisory relationship.
Health Check results are based only on what you enter. They are not a determination about your contract. GSA and your contracting officer make all government determinations, and you make your own business decisions.
3. No government affiliation
AcqVerity is not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) or any government agency. References to GSA, the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) and government programs only describe the subject matter.
4. Early access and waitlists
Applying for early access or joining a waitlist does not create a contract. It does not guarantee access, pricing, features or a release date. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, including for potential conflicts of interest.
Any product access will be governed by a separate written agreement. Descriptions of capabilities that are planned or in development are not commitments and may change.
5. What you submit
You are responsible for what you submit and must have the right to share it. Do not submit contract documents, pricing files, proprietary information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified information, or another person's information without permission.
You allow us to use what you submit to respond to you, review your application and run the Site, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without restriction or payment to you.
6. Our content and intellectual property
The Site's content, design, text, graphics, video and software belong to AcqVerity or its licensors and are protected by law. "AcqVerity" and our logos are our trademarks.
You may view the Site for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for anything unlawful or misleading
- Submit false information or impersonate anyone
- Interfere with the Site's security or operation, or upload malicious code
- Scrape, crawl or harvest the Site or its content by automated means
- Use the Site's content to train artificial intelligence models
8. Third-party links and content
The Site may link to or embed third-party content, such as YouTube videos and government websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them. Their own terms and policies apply.
9. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not promise the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, AcqVerity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site will not exceed $100.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify AcqVerity against third-party claims arising from your misuse of the Site, your submissions or your violation of these terms.
12. Governing law and venue
The laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. General
If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement about the Site.
